We have had a number of organizations approach us to see if commercial use of the space is possible. This is something we are keen to embrace as a way to fund raise to cover our costs.
The Location
We are at 15 Gordon Road, Wanaka in the light industrial area. We are next door to the Rhyme and Reason Brewery and across the road from the Ground Up Brewery. We have an excellent espresso cart on the front of our location.
We are in a relatively high traffic area for Wanaka, not far from town and off the route to the Three Parks supermarket and Mitre 10.
The Space
Setback from the road with a sealed 8 space carpark our building includes:
- A Kitchen with sink and dishwasher.
- Our Clean Workshop for sewing and the admin space.
- The Assembly Area with tables and hand tools. This is accessible by a large roll down door.
- The Machinery Shop where the table saws, drop saws and timber are.
- We have an Internet Connection.
